My most ideal day is waking in my beach house with my husband and dogs. There will not be an alarm but I will wakeup when my body is ready. Easy into the day with a cup of coffee, just lounging on the sofa. I will eat some fruit and egg whites for breakfast.
After breakfast I will do some sort of exercise or intentional movement for about an hour. I take s shower and put my clothes on for the day.
I will then open my laptop, check my email, socials, and blog/website. I will check-in on my coaching clients and respond to them accordingly. Then I will take client calls for the next 4-5 hours. Taking a break in the middle for a protein and veggie lunch. At the end of the work day I will post anything to my blog and/or socials.
My dinner will be prepared for me and eating at 6:30pm. After dinner there will be a walk on the beach. It will be leisurely and just time to unwind and take in nature.
I will then read some of my book and watch a little tv with my husband before going to bed.
The day will be intentional and productive. I want it to flow easily. No stress, no rushing, just peace. I want to be able to take in the beauty of the world around me. I want to help others find their best life too. I love contributing and helping others.
